Keeping our classroom clean
Good morning 1st grade parents!
I need your help this weekend. With the recent Ebola scare and flu season upon us, I have been trying to keep our classroom extra clean. I am cleaning the student desks, tables and stations every afternoon with Clorox wipes and spraying everything with Lysol spray. My hope by doing this, is that our classroom will be disenfected everyday. I have purchased the supplies that I need to do this but they are running out quick. If you are out shopping this weekend and would like to help by purchasing any of these supplies, I would really appreciate it!
Here is what we need:
1. Clorox disinfecting wipes

2. Lysol disinfecting spray

3. Extra bottles of germ x ( we are using a lot right now)

Thank you so much for any help that you can offer!

Punctuation Perfection!
We have also been learning about periods, question marks and exclamation points. We talked about when it is appropriate to use these punctuation marks.
We read the book "More Bears" by Kenn Nesbitt. This book is a great example of using different punctuation marks!
Then we create our own bear and wrote about what we would want more of, instead of More Bears!
They turned out so cute!
